Murianengo

PAT - Traditional Agri-Foodstuffs


Murianengo is a blue-veined cow's milk cheese. The milk, which is usually whole milk and comes from cows of the Valdostana breed, is mixed with rennet in dough or in a liquid form: the curd is broken in fragments as big as hazelnuts.
